My Journey

Hey there! I’m Justine Jeddy, certified hormonal health nutritionist, personal trainer, and mindset (trauma informed) coach.
Over the last decade, I’ve personally coached 500+ peri-menopausal mums both face to face and online to lose fat and fatigue for good, reclaim their vitality, and finally feel at home in their body and at peace with themselves.

For many years, I struggled with my body image, wrestled with fatigue and had a poor self-image and self talk.
I turned to food for comfort and would eat my emotions. Even when I succeeded, I’d self-sabotage because I just didn't see myself being consistent with it.
I was stuck living in the all or nothing cycle. I tried every diet and fat loss supplement.. and started to wonder if I was the problem.

What I didn’t realise was that the methods were the problem. The were surface level fixes that didn't meet me where I was at or teach me what I needed to create lasting change.

Everything changed when I chose to stop punishing my body and hired a coach to help me understand it.
I finally learnt what was missing (spoiler alert it wasn't the ''right'' diet or training plan) and I began healing and changing from the inside out. Building trust with myself in the process.

I also had to have major surgery that impacted my hormones and menstrual cycle and rebuilding my strength and fitness after that taught me a whole new level of self trust and resilience.
